Graduate STUDENT AWARDS PROGRAM

.CRF FAMILY RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP - One award in the amount of $10,000 will be given to a graduate student who exhibits the potential to make an outstanding contribution to the field of family research.

.CRF FAMILY RESEARCH METHODOLOGICAL STUDIES AWARD -Three awards will be given to fund graduate students who wish to attend CRF’s Summer Methodology Workshops at UMass Amherst.

.CRF FAMILY RESEARCH TRAVEL AWARD - One award in the amount of $500 will be given to a graduate student who has written an outstanding paper/poster on issues of family research with his/her research team and will be presenting at a national research conference.

Application deadline: March 1, 2010. Notification: March 26, 2010.

Preference is given to students in the College of Natural Science and College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. For more information contact Wendy Varner -- wendy@sbs.umass.edu

Location for tomorrow's Game Night!

Hi Everyone!

We have finally decided on a place to meet for tomorrow's Game Night. We will be meeting at 9:30pm at the Northampton Brewery. For directions, please *click here*. Nicole will be bringing Bananagram, but please feel free to bring any games you would like to play. I can bring Cranium if anyone is interested. Also, we would like an estimate of how many people will be attending. If you have not contacted us already, please comment on this post and let us know you are coming so we can reserve a table that is big enough.
